Aïdara Health provides healthcare navigation and concierge services in Senegal. We help you find, access, and coordinate care. We are not a hospital, clinic, insurer, or emergency medical service.

Medical care itself is delivered by licensed healthcare providers and facilities, who are solely responsible for the clinical care they provide.

No Medical Advice or Emergency Service

Information on this website is general and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Aïdara Health does not provide emergency medical services.

In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Never delay seeking professional medical care because of information on this website.

Memberships, Consultations & Purchases

Concierge memberships are offered by subscription. Consultation fees and guide purchases are payable as indicated at checkout. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Digital guides are delivered electronically and are non-transferable. Because of their nature, purchased digital guides are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for decisions you make about your care and for following the recommendations of your treating providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aïdara Health is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, facilities, or partners, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
