Good to know
- Appointment requests
- Times shown on the calendar are requests, not confirmed bookings. Your appointment is confirmed once our team replies by WhatsApp or email.
- One-time service
- No membership or subscription required. You pay for the single consultation.
- Who it is for
- Clients living in or visiting Senegal who need to speak with a physician without travelling to a clinic.
- What you need
- A phone or computer with a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space for your consultation.
- Medical certificate
- A signed PDF certificate is provided when medically appropriate. An original signed copy can be delivered to your address for an additional delivery fee.
- Not for emergencies
- Telehealth is not emergency care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest medical facility.
- When care needs to be in person
- If your situation requires hands-on or in-person care, your physician will advise you — and Aïdara Health can help coordinate the follow-up.
